How to capture feedback on your website using Follow-Up

As a Follow-Up user you have access to forms and can use these to capture feedback on i.e your website, your Facebook profile or another webpage.

Use the form to define call to actions. As an example you can have customers request more information.

To publish a form on a website simply choose "publish on web". All you need to do is to paste the code into you website,

Below is an example of an integration of a form build in Follow-Up. The form is on the right hand side. Here the customer can sign-up to the newsletter and also request a sales rep to contact them.

Improvements in "Events" - for our customers using Follow-Up Events
